1. Return Conditions

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

1.1 Product Does Not Match Specifications

If the delivered product does not match the specifications presented on our website:

  • The product may be returned for replacement or full refund
  • If the replacement product has a different value:
    • The customer will pay the price difference (if higher)
    • The difference will be refunded (if lower)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

1.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered product is defective or incorrect:

  • The customer is entitled to a free replacement
  • All return and delivery costs will be covered by SMITS AE
  • The customer must contact us immediately after receiving the product

2. Additional Information

  • Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Product Condition: Must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return Method: Courier or postal service, with prior notification at sales@smits.ae
  • Return Shipping Cost: Paid by the customer (except defective/incorrect items)
  • Restocking Fee: 5% of product value (applicable for unjustified returns)
  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 14 business days after receiving the returned product

3. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior notification may not be accepted
  • Products that show signs of use or damage may be refused
  • Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective
